I made some awesome black diamon stacking rings for my buddy from high school and she just blogged about me here. Now if only I had a pic of the rings….soon.
So I participated in another show this weekend, the Launch SF Sample Show at the W Hotel. Awesome venue and great show promoters. Lots of fun!

I also met some Cal students who are staff on a fashion magazine called Bare Magazine. Interestingly, one of the staffers went to the same high school as me as well. Caaa-razy!
Hope everyone is enjoying their holiday season! xo
I just found this online…this is similar to Ninh Wysocan’s work. Lots of chains! I do like the screw earrings a lot. Thoughts?
Ok, so I did not finish Resident Evil. What was I thinking? That is way too scary for me. I can hardly handle Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Well still working on the lookbook. I can’t wait to show it to everyone. I think it looks great already but still so many nit-picky things to fix.
Also, I have been playing with some sterling silver chains I’ve been making. I will upload pics by the end of the week. I keep playing, experimenting. I’m not quite happy yet, they seem a bit ho-hum but it’s always fun to wear something against your skin that you made yourself.
Started looking at Ninh Wysocan’s work. It’s trendy now but I think she’s the one that started this whole obsession with chains and wearing multiple, woven chains. I still really like it even though I don’t always think it’s me. I keep coming back to her page though. I think it’s the fact that I feel that there is an intention to her work and a thoughtfulness about her pieces in relationship to how they are worn on the body.
